IWG’s cosmopolitan members’ club is to open its doors in Singapore before the end of the year 

 Premium workspace provider No18 is set to open its first location in Asia in the fourth quarter of this year, having signed the lease on a 20,600-square-foot space in the heart of Singapore. 

 The members’ club for professionals will move into Capitol Singapore, a newly renovated development near the City Hall metro station, occupying the second level of luxury shopping mall Capitol Piazza in the vibrant Civic District. Neighbouring buildings make up some of the oldest landmarks in the island city-state, including the Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore, the Capitol Theatre and Eden Residences Capitol.  

 The layout of the new Singapore workspace will be in keeping with the No18 ethos, with high-spec lounges, meeting rooms, co-working spaces and private offices available to members, each offering state-of-the-art technology and concierge levels of service. 

 Everything will be geared to connect like-minded people, with regular enrichment events and functions serving to create a club atmosphere. No18 Capitol Singapore members will also have the option of organising events at Capitol Theatre, with the support of the Kempinski Hotel. 

 No18 Capitol Singapore is part of a worldwide rollout of No18 by its parent company IWG, with two successful venues in Sweden, and one in the United States at upscale shopping centre, The Shops Buckhead Atlanta. 

In addition to the Singapore opening, No18 is also set to move into two of the three penthouse floors of the landmark Bank of America Tower in downtown Chicago in late 2020; and it has also leased its first UK location in London’s redeveloped Battersea Power Station. 

 And with plans afoot to introduce the luxury co-working concept to more cities in the Asiatic region, including Hong Kong and Bangkok, No18 members will be able to able to enjoy a rewarding business lifestyle as they travel across continents.
