IWG opens Italy’s largest Spaces centre, plus other new centres worldwide

IWG continues its expansion in Italy with the opening of the country’s largest centre. Spaces EUR Arte, Rome, which opened in September 2020, offers 750 workstations plus six meeting rooms across the building’s eight floors. It becomes Spaces’ second largest centre in Europe.

Located in the heart of EUR, the city’s business district, the centre provides private offices, communal space and meetings rooms, all flooded with natural light. Good transport links include the Museo Civiltà Romana bus stop just outside and the EUR Fermi subway station just a 10-minute walk away.

“Even in these uncertain times we’ve seen an increasing interest in flexible working, as companies address how their employees will work in the future,” says Mauro Mordini, Country Manager, Italy and Malta. “That’s why we decided to further expand our presence in EUR with the fifth, and the biggest centre there. The main added value of this location is a fresh and vibrant centre with fully customisable office space.”

In October, there were eight further new IWG openings, including six Spaces sites and two Regus offices – an indication that the flexspace market continues to grow in popularity with businesses and individuals worldwide.

In Serbia, there’s no better place to rent flexible office space than in the area of Belgrade where all of the city’s major new office developments have been constructed within the past 10 years. Spaces Navigator II is located in a Class A building, with direct access to the Milutin Milankovic Boulevard, one of New Belgrade’s main arteries, which is well served by public transport, including a tram station right next to the building.
