A new Enterprise Plan brings hourly, on-demand access to flexspace for businesses

A new game-changing platform offers businesses drop-in workspace around the world

IWG, the world’s leading workspace provider, has introduced a new platform that gives businesses and their teams on-demand, hourly access to workspaces, and helps them to better understand their workspace needs.

Aimed at businesses with mobile or virtual teams, or those who require access to professional workspaces in locations where they don’t have offices. IWG’s Enterprise Plan enables businesses and their teams to access its entire network of private offices, meeting rooms, coworking space and business lounges, by the hour or the day.

All associated costs are payable in one simple monthly invoice, regardless of the location of the usage. Customers can access all of IWG’s brands (Regus, Spaces, Signature by Regus, No18 and HQ), with more than 3,400 flexible office locations to choose from across 110 countries.

With one simple account, accessible through an easy-to-use app, teams can search and book workspace on the go. Customers receive monthly reports on their team’s usage and spend, enabling them to make data-driven decisions about their workspace needs. There’s also a dedicated support team to help with account queries.

The new Plan has been in the works for the past few years. A number of its clients have been early adopters of the platform and are already enjoying the benefits. Amy Perrone, SMM and Hotel Program Manager of a biotech company uses the Enterprise Plan to provide her sales teams with access to workspaces when they need to collaborate.

Customers can choose from a range of flexible payment options. With the On-Demand plan, customers only pay for the space their teams use each month, and can opt to make an upfront deposit to secure discounted rates. Alternatively, a range of flexible subscription plans are available, where customers redeem a certain number of visits each month. Additional discounts are available to customers purchasing a large number of plans. Whichever option they choose, businesses can pay in the currency of their choice.
