No18 reaches new heights as it moves to downtown Chicago

IWG’s luxury coworking brand No18 is due to move into the penthouse of the new Bank of America Tower

Chicago is in the midst of a construction boom and shows no signs of slowing down. With more than 2.7 million inhabitants, the metropolis attracts international commerce and was recently identified as a tech and innovation hub in a KPMG report.

The city’s dynamic commercial scene makes it attractive for business owners, and in keeping with the growing demand for workspace, IWG has signed a 58,000 sq ft lease that will see its high-end brand No18 move into Chicago’s tallest new office building since the Two Prudential Plaza tower opened in 1990.

The luxury coworking brand is set to occupy two of the three penthouse floors of the Bank of America Tower in the heart of downtown and is due to open in late 2020.

Launched in Sweden in 2012, No18 is a cosmopolitan members' club for businesses, offering members’ lounges, meeting rooms, coworking spaces and private offices. Each comes with state-of-the-art technology and concierge-levels of service.

Curated art and furnishings adorn the spaces, while on-site health clubs, collaborations with local restaurants and spas, and events are geared to connect like-minded people and create a club atmosphere for both members and their clients. In its newest locations, members will benefit from its eclectic design, outdoor terraces and breathtaking cityscape views.

"No18 workspaces are held to the highest standards by each and every guest who walks through our doors," says Michael Berretta, IWG VP of Network Development. "Undoubtedly, our lease with 110 North Wacker Drive is going to raise that bar even higher."
